Privacy Policy

Averace respects the privacy of visitors, prospective customers and clients. This policy explains what information may be collected through our website, why it is collected, how it may be used, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: September 2026

1. Introduction

This policy applies to information submitted through the Averace website and to related communications arising from website enquiries. It does not replace any privacy terms that may be included in a separate client or project agreement.

2. Information We Collect

Information you voluntarily submit may include:

  • Your full name
  • Mobile or WhatsApp number
  • Email address
  • The service you are interested in
  • Project or requirement details
  • Other information you choose to provide during subsequent communication

Basic technical and security information may also be processed when you use the website, including an IP address, browser or device information, request and security information, and essential cookies or browser storage needed for website functionality and protection.

Averace may retain limited referral or campaign information included in links used to reach the website so that a submitted enquiry can be associated with the relevant source or campaign.

3. How We Use Information

We may use submitted information to:

  • Respond to consultation and service enquiries
  • Understand the services or product work being requested
  • Communicate about a prospective or active project
  • Prepare discussions, proposals or quotations where requested
  • Maintain enquiry and customer records
  • Protect the website against spam, abuse and security threats
  • Operate and improve our website and service processes

Averace does not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Consultation Requests and CRM

Information submitted through the consultation form may be stored in Averace's internal customer relationship management system. This allows our team to review, manage and follow up on the enquiry.

5. Email Communications

After a consultation request is submitted, an acknowledgement may be sent to the supplied email address. Averace may then contact you regarding the request, and relevant service or project communication may continue where appropriate. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

6. WhatsApp and Phone Communication

If you provide a mobile or WhatsApp number, Averace may use that number to respond to or discuss your enquiry. The consultation form does not enrol you in automated promotional messaging.

7. Service Providers

Averace may use trusted technology providers for website hosting, email delivery, security and spam protection, and infrastructure needed to operate the website. These providers may process limited information where necessary to perform their services.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

The website uses essential functionality and security mechanisms, together with local browser storage used to remember acknowledgement of the essential-cookie notice. We do not describe behavioural advertising or analytics tracking as active on the website under this policy.

If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced later, the policy and any appropriate consent approach should be reviewed before they are deployed.

9. Security

Averace uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information handled through its systems. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be represented as completely secure.

10. Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage an enquiry, provide requested services, maintain business records, resolve issues, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.

11. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact Averace to ask about information submitted through the website or request correction, updating, or deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained when required for legitimate business, contractual or legal purposes.

12. Third-Party Links

The website may link to external websites or services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices, which Averace does not control.

13. Children's Privacy

Averace provides commercial digital services and does not intentionally direct its consultation form toward children for the purpose of collecting their personal information.

14. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated when our website practices, services or operational requirements change. The version date shown above indicates when this page was last updated.

15. Contact
