Submitting the consultation form is a request to discuss your requirements. It does not automatically create a development contract, guarantee project acceptance, or guarantee a particular timeline, price or outcome. Averace may contact you to understand the requirement and determine possible next steps.

5. Quotations and Proposals

A quotation or proposal may contain its own scope, pricing, validity period, payment terms, assumptions and exclusions. If agreed project-specific documentation conflicts with general website information, the project-specific written agreement will govern that project to the extent applicable.

6. Payments

Payment methods, schedules and instructions applicable to a project will be communicated separately through the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice or project agreement. No bank or payment details are published through these general terms.

7. Client Responsibilities

Depending on the engagement, clients may be responsible for providing accurate requirements, required content and assets, necessary system access, timely feedback and approvals, and confirmation that supplied material may legally be used. 12. Existing Application Enhancement

Work on an existing application or system may require an initial review. Feasibility depends on factors including code quality, architecture, documentation, access, dependencies and third-party restrictions. Discovery may reveal additional work, while existing defects or technical limitations may affect estimates and available approaches. Not every legacy application can necessarily be repaired or extended as initially requested.

13. No Guaranteed Business Outcome

Averace develops digital solutions based on agreed requirements. Website content must not be interpreted as a guarantee of sales, revenue, customer acquisition, search rankings, traffic, profitability or any other specific commercial result.
